Nobody?

Up to now there have been 90 janus-uae v0.2 downloads from aminet and the archives. Not bad for a 0.2 which only offered picasso96 support compared to the old e-uae. Only?

Are you afraid, the demon in the tar will rape you in your bed at night,
The wisdom of ages, the lies and outrages concealed
Time it waits for no man
The future is revealed
Time it waits for no man
Janus fate is sealed ;).

Btw, I found on youtube, why E-UAE is so cool on VmwAROS :).

I don't really know how to interpret your post, but from checking the stats on AROS-ARCHIVES it seems that JANUS-EUAE is on the top of the download list!

Screenmode test on the coming uae integration for aros by cicero790

Of course that Screen mode integration will happen when the app opens a full display screen mode and allow it to actually cycle with the AROS ones.
O1i said that would be the easiest part, I assume it to be as well.

Anyway the integration project will definitely put amiga 68k emulation on how it should be for the user. Instead of just running some AmigaOS compliant apps, we'll be able to run them all - hardware banging on not. Just that amigaos compliant ones will be able to use some AROS resources as they were running natively.

I'm repeating myself, and preaching to the converted, but I just wish to give some moral support for the O1i for it's work - rather then the usual "Gook work! Keep it up!" type message...

@Hardwired (1): I just thought, somebody would look inside the amiga directory of the tar and try the janus-daemon. Just try it from shell with a picasso96 screen for workbench and you should get a feeling, how the end result will look like.

@brutal (2):
No, I wasn't, there was just a too long silence here ;). I didn't even see that post on a.org, thanks for pointing me to it.

@Hardwired (3): Janus-UAE full screen modes are already working in my actual (not yet released) v0.3.

Custom screens are quite trivial (final last words from a project manager, I know). It gets interesting, if you want to have amigaOS and AROS windows on one public screen. I am investigating, what I can do here. Even if I am not sure, if such cases are really important ;).
